Cloud connection error:Power strip

the status LED is blinking green. Even after 10 mins. I tried reinstalling but the same.

The switch operates on local network without schedules but not on different network. it says device offline.

while on the local wifi, only the on/off works. When refreshed it says Cloud cannot be retrived. All my schedules are missing from the app.

Dear Sir,

Please provide your contact number. Our support team will help you. It must be SSID/password configuration issue. Both fields are case sensitive. Kindly provide your contact number and our support team will help you to resolve issue right away.

Yes, I just reconfigured to another router. It was a Internet connection issue. thank you for your fast response.
