I am not getting notification in app

Question

Initially when the app is installed, i was getting the notification in Notification tab and as alert. But after i cleared the notification, it stopped working. as explained, i have logged out and login. still there is no notification either in phone notification tab or in app tab. And there is also missing a report section so that we may know how long power was on and off.

Please fix the notification issue.

If you remove (swap out) notification from home screen, it will not be stored in app. Notification that you open are stored in the app
